A Tip For Today
We talk frequently about the benefit of unilateral loading.  The same applies for faster movements as well as slower strict movements.  Unilateral loading can help create greater stability but also fix weaknesses better than barbell loading.  If you are looking for a good goal for this workout, try hanging on to the KB for an entire round for the full five minutes.  If you need to rest, put the KB down after the step ups.
