A Tip For Today
Doing movements unbroken is a mentality.  It's a "how bad do you want it" mentality.  It's also a mentality that takes a lot of practice and a lot of failing.  You do not know where your limit is unless you push to that point.  You will know know if you can do fifteen deadlifts unbroken if you always drop the bar at rep eight.  On the DB, once it is off the ground, have it in your mind that it will not be put down until you have finished with both sides.  Work on your transitions.  Sometimes the end result doesn't come from speed within the movement but rather who rest the least between movements.
