A Tip For Today
Strict and kipping movements each have their place in training.  A lot of people want to skip the strict movements, because they cannot do them, and move straight to kipping to be able to do them in a workout or do the workout RX.  However, that is a fast recipe for injury.  If you cannot do your gymnastics movements strict, you need to prioritize that goal in 2019.  That goal needs to be at the top of your list.  There are progressions for them, and they will take time.  However, they will be worth it.
