A Tip For Today
The Open is upon us!  Registration is open!  The Open is a great opportunity to compete without the worry of being in front of a big crowd of people you do not know.  It runs for five weeks and you complete the workouts in our own gym.  Registration is a games.crossfit.com.  Make sure you pick our gym as your team!  When they release the workouts, they release an Rx and a scaled version.  On top of that, it is divided up into age groups.  Lets have some fun!
For this workout, by holding the DB's in the harder front rack position, we will be prepared if the Open allows us to complete them in an easier way.  Always train harder than the test!
