A Tip For Today
With this being a moderate to lighter weight today, doing the barbell work unbroken is doable.  Where things get tricky for people is when we start breathing hard.  When breathing goes from controlled to out of control, our brain starts to tell us things that we sometimes shouldn't listen to.  "You should stop."  "You need a break."  "This is getting heavy."  "I cannot do this."  By focusing on your breathing and controlling your thoughts, you can do more work than your brain tells you you can.
