Power

Push Jerk
2-2-2-2-2-2

WOD
"D.T."
5 RFT
12 Deadlift (155/105)
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Push Jerks

A Tip For Today
Breaking up this workout will become very important in the later rounds of this workout.  So do not get ahead of yourself at the beginning by doing the first round unbroken.  If you are going to break up the reps, start from round one.  Hanging on to the bar in the later rounds will be the biggest test.  If you are decent at barbell cycling, a good break up is:  11 deadlifts, rest, 1 deadlift + 8 hang power cleans, rest, 1 hang power clean + 6 push jerks.  You could always further divide it up if your grip strength is less than ideal.
