A Tip For Today
Odd object training is the closest thing to real life functional movement as we can get.  Yard work, cleaning, and moving are all things we do on a regular basis and do not even realize the amount of physical effort required to complete these tasks.  By training similar movements on a daily basis, you will decrease your changes of injury or extreme soreness.
