Welcome to Open prep!  For those of you that have never done the Open, you should!  The Open is designed for everyone and the workouts will definitely get you out of your comfort zone.  Today is a great day to work on that comfort zone.  The numbers and movements chosen will be hard to complete in under a minute if you are taking your time.  Be prepared to breathe hard today!
