A Tip For Today
Every time you complete a bench mark "girl", you should set a new goal for yourself that is outside of your comfort zone.  Sometimes, you need to take a slightly worse time to prove to yourself that you can accomplish that goal.  For example, you might have a goal of doing all of the pull ups unbroken, even if that means resting a bit more after the KB swings.  If you are an advanced athlete, you might have a goal of doing all the pull ups as butterfly pull ups.  If you can do all of the inside unbroken, maybe your goal is to push harder on the running on rounds two and three.  There is always room for improvement on each test.
