A Tip For Today
If you're thinking that this has to be way easier because the weights appear to be lighter, do not be deceived.  The DB's hit the gymnastics movements in a totally different way than the barbell.  Just like we talked yesterday about unilateral loading helping with stability, those stabilizers will be working over time today.  Take full advantage of the five minutes of rest to get your heart rate down and to get your mind prepared for the next girl on the list.
