A Tip For Today
In our world, everything that we do is measurable, observable, and repeatable.  We have a "why" for everything that we do.  Twelve weeks ago, we started a nutrition journey to keep everyone focused through the hardest time of the year so that we were not starting over in January.  If you do not track your progress and write down your results daily, you are not going to be able to see just how much you have improved over time.  After all, our definition of health is "increased work capacity across broad times, modal domains, and AGE."  Make cleaner choices and feed your body like you care about it!
