A Tip For Today
Today is a great example of how previous movements compound and affect the next. By the time you make it to the handstand push ups, you will realize just how much your midline comes into play on strict gymnastics.  The strict handstand push up should mimic your strict press with a barbell, with the same midline stability standards.  Keeping your glutes tight and your rib cage tucked will make your body easier to press off the floor.
