A Tip For Today
Our benchmark girls are a great test of fitness.  However, that test should not just be limited to how they were originally programmed.  Being able to complete different variations of those workouts provide totally different stimuli than anticipated.  Being prepared for the unknown and unknowable includes backwards, heavy, double, etc.
