50 Double Unders

*DB's must be racked in a front rack position

10:00 Row/Bike/ or Ski
followed by 1:00 Dead Hang (toes can touch the ground)

A Tip For Today
Do you need double unders by the open?  Today would be a great day to work on them and scale the number back if needed.  You will not get better if you do not work on them.  Step out of your comfort zone and do something every day that will make you 1% better!
