A Tip For Today:
Of course Open prep has to include a good old fashion chipper.  Here is your test for your high skill gymnastics.  If/when you get there, this could be your chance to get your first muscle up under fatigue.  This is exactly how it is going to feel in the open.  Take your time and make sure you are ready for your first attempt.  Rushing into a high skill movement when it is something that you do not do in your regular training, could lead to more fatigue, physically and mentally, for the rest of your attempts.  Set yourself up for success by resting and visualizing exactly what you want.
