A Tip for Today
Have you ever completed an easy CrossFit workout?  We haven't.  If you have ever finished a workout and immediately said, "that's it", then you missed the intensity part.  Every workout deserves your best effort.  If you want to achieve that 1% better mark for the day, you need to put your all into each movement.  The most basic movements paired properly and completed intensely will not only elicit change but make you healthier in the long run.
