A Tip for Today
When preparing for an all out, high intensity competition or workout, you need to figure out what your body needs.  For some, rest, massage, and mobility is the game plan.  For others, constant movement without heavy loads, moving at a moderate pace works best.  However, what will work for everyone is sleep and clean eating.  If you want your body to be able to perform at peak intensity, you need 7 hours of sleep or more, plenty of water for hydration, and a clean diet that you started a while ago.  If you have been eating like a five year old all year, eating oatmeal for breakfast isn't going to help you a whole lot.  Clean out your junk and clean up your engine.
