*Cindy = 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats
*Wear a weight vest if proficient

A Tip For Time
Welcome to a little bit of Murph in the spring!  This is a great opportunity to introduce yourself to weight vest training.  However, with the Open coming on Friday, you might be better off working on your all out speed and transitions.  Where people waste the most time is transitioning from one movements to the next.  If you walk to your next station, try to get your first reps in.  Once you pick up the bar or start the next movement, you will find that more than likely you will do 3 to 5 reps.  That is far more mental than physical.
