A Tip For Today
With a workout designed to mimic three rounds of an MMA fight, this workout is one of our greatest tests of fitness.  If this is your first fight, let us provide you some insight.  Usually round one starts out really strong and fast with a high score.  However, with minimal rest, round two suddenly packs more of a punch and starts to feel like a hit to the gut and a lower score.  Round three is the TKO round where oxygen is scarce and you suddenly forget your name.  The ultimate goal is to have all three rounds as close to the same score as possible.  When you start, keep in mind that you have a lot of work to do!
