A Tip For Today
This classic workout is pure genius in its design.  The first round will feel great!  The squats will be fast, the muscle ups will more than likely be unbroken and smooth, and the cleans will feel light.  However, as the hips fatigue, the shoulders get tired, and the grip goes, then rounds 2 and 3 become gradually trickier.  Trust your training.
