A Tip For Today
Everyone is looking at the number of double unders or the weight on the squat cleans.  What you should be looking at is the toes to bar.  That is a number that is going to pile up quickly!  Breaking them early and often will be your best chance of stringing them together later on.  Sets of five to ten on the first round will be a great start.  When you get to the barbell, be smart about how long you hang on to it.  Remember that you need to return to the pull up bar immediately after the squat cleans so if you let your ego get the best of you, that second round of toes to bar will be quite the fight.
