A Tip For Today
So many athletes are not aware of how to properly pace themselves.  You need to know yourself and the best way to do that is to fail more than you succeed.  How many times have you started a workout way to quickly and smashed yourself with half the workout left?  How many lifts have you failed under fatigue?  How many handstand pushups have you landed flat on your face?  The truth is, if you succeed at all times, you do not always learn.  Sure, you can learn how to win but how would you learn how to overcome?  How would you know that you need to change something or work on a weakness?  Failure teaches us if your eyes and mind are open enough to realize it.
