A Tip For Today
Welcome to six minutes of trying to figure out where to breathe.  This is going to be a great workout to figure out your double unders under fatigue.  Sometimes we feel that we need to rest when our breathing is stressed.  Double unders are the fastest reps that we complete in any workout.  If you can walk up to your jump rope and start repping them out without needing a break, and you can do them as unbroken as possible, you'll be ahead of the game.
