"Elegant Simplicity"
For Time:
800 m Run
Then:
10 Rounds of:
10 Sit Ups
10 Push Ups
10 Squats
Then:
800 m Run

A Tip For Today
When done with proper form and muscle activation, these movements complement each other really well.  By complement, I mean that they compound making each round just a bit more difficult.  Sometimes the basic movements can make us more sore because we are able to go faster, hence increasing our intensity.
