A Tip For Today
If you are looking for a goal for your max reps today, the names "Grace" and "Isabel" come to mind.  However, how much time do you need to get 30 reps of each?  If you do your math and realize that you are going to need to PR your mile time, you might need to dial back that goal.  You want a strong pace on the run but you want to be able to come in and pick up the bar to get your first rep in with needing a long break.
