A Tip for Today
It is not very often that we slow things down and really focus on form and muscle activation.  That is exactly what we are doing today.  This is not for time and should be done methodically, thinking about body awareness.  Listen closely to the briefing of each movement so that you are aware of what to focus on during.  Sometime we just blow through movements to get them over with not realizing that we are doing them wrong.
