A Tip For Today
This is the last week of the Open! If you are looking to push hard on Friday, look at today as an active recovery day.  Keep the weights light and the intensity a bit lower.  The key to being able to give it your all on the day you choose comes down to nutrition, hydration, and sleep! If you are lacking in one of those three, you are going to have a harder time controlling your performance.
