A Tip For Today
When you get into high rep burpees over a bar, there is foot work to keep in mind.  The more consistent your footwork, the more work you will be able to do before needing to rest.  On large rep burpees, it is better to be consistent than fast.  There is a time to sprint and then there is a time to save your breathing and your hips.  When you get into the round of 8 and higher today, keep that in mind.
