A Tip For Today
Today is going to be a great opportunity to think about and fix your rowing mechanics.  If your shoulders are behind your hips at the catch, you need to fix that.  If you're leading the drive back with your shoulders, you need to fix that.  If your back is rounded like a turtle shell, you need to fix that.  If you are not driving back all the way to full knee and hip extension, you need to fix that.  If you are leading the way back in with your knees bending first, you seriously need to fix that.  There is more technique to rowing than just pulling on the handle and hoping you don't cramp up.  Fix it.
