10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)

A Tip For Today
If hang power cleans are not exactly your jam, breaking these into smart sets from round one will keep you moving on rounds three and four.  This will allow for shorter rest periods.  On the burpees, find a foot work that you can maintain consistently for all four rounds.  Consistent footwork will help you keep your breathing under control.  You didn't even know your feet were connected to your lungs.
