A Tip For Today
Due to the pulling involved in both movements today, using your hips on the snatch is going to take center stage!  You are going to find out really quick if you are an over puller.  Trust your hips to do their job.  The bar should leave your body in the exact same spot every time.  If it doesn't, we need to work on that!
