A Tip For Today
Today is a good day to get outside your comfort zone on your push jerk weight.  Ideally this is a weight that would be difficult to do all ten unbroken.  If you're really outside of your comfort zone, you are looking at two to three at a time.  Weightlifting overhead under fatigue takes a lot of practice and a lot of self trust.
