A Tip For Today
What is the key to better movement stamina? Breathing.  Oxygen depleted muscles do not function well, they will feel stiff, slow, and painful.  However, when you can keep your breathing under control, increasing your oxygen intake while having an elevated heart rate, you will find that your work capacity increases.  Today, focus on your breathing, not how much you strongly dislike wall balls.
