On the 2:00
5 Reps @ 50%
4 Reps @ 60%
3 Reps @ 70%
2 Reps @ 80%
1 Reps @ 85%
Then 10:00 to find a heavy single

"Tabata Bliss"
Alternating Tabata of:
Barbell Back Squat (45/35)
Double Unders

Tabata = :20 work and :10 rest
*This workout is 16 total rounds of Tabata
Round 1: Back Squats
Round 2: Double Unders
Round 3: Back Squat
Round 4: Double Unders
Etc. Until you finish 16 total rounds, 8 rounds of each
**Score is worst round of each

A Tip For Today

The point of Tabata is to go as hard as you can, every single round.  If you are the type of athlete that has a bad round and then only does that low number each round, you need to keep a fighters mentality.  The fighters mentality is "I can do better".  Do not let your worst moment define you.  Rise up!
