Class Schedule / Pricing / Drop In

Our current schedule is:

5, 6, 8, 9, and 10 a.m.  M - F
3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 p.m. M - F (No 7 p.m. on Friday's)
Saturday 9:30 am Only (First Class ONLY is Free)

Pricing:

Unless you are an experienced CrossFitter from a CrossFit affiliate, it is mandatory to start with our Elements program.  It is 2 weeks/4 personal training sessions and it is $103 to begin.   After Elements are over, you're monthly membership begins.  We offer a variety of contract options from month to month, 3 month, 6 month, and 1 year.  Our rates start at:
Unlimited - $135
2 Person Family Unlimited - $260
3-Days a week - $115
2 Person Family 3-Days a week - $220
Military/Fire/L.E.O./Student Unlimited - $115
2 Person Family Military/Fire/L.E.O/ Unlimited - $220
Child Under the age of 18 joining with a parent member - $100

*Once you have paid, please contact us to set up your on-ramp classes.  These are the only four classes that we need to schedule at a special time! Thank you!

Drop In:
The Drop In rate is $20, or purchase a shirt.  We also offer 1 week and 2 week rates.  Check out our links to prepay.  This will also notify us of your arrival!
