Where to Start

1) Attend a Free Saturday class

2) Complete our fundamentals on-ramp.  Our fundamentals program is a 2 week (4 session) personal training program.  During those 2 weeks you will be educated on the functional moves of CrossFit.  We will discuss nutrition, teach the basics of the "white board", and guide you through your first wod's.

*Prepay for your on-ramp here:
*The four on-ramp classes need to be set up at a special time, please call or email us to schedule.

3) At the end of on-ramp, you will be fully prepared to enter whichever class time you choose and become a part of the FeRRUM family!
