Where to Start

1) Attend a Free Saturday class

2) Complete our fundamentals on-ramp.  Our fundamentals program is a 2 week (4 session) personal training program.  During those 2 weeks you will be educated on the functional moves of CrossFit.  We will discuss nutrition, teach the basics of the "white board", and guide you through your first wod's.  Sign up/Prepay for Elements class HERE
*The four on-ramp classes need to be set up at a special time, please call or email us to schedule.

3) At the end of on-ramp, you will be fully prepared to enter whichever class time you choose and become a part of the FeRRUM family!
