CrossFit Ferrum Barbell Club - A USAW Registered Club
Coach: Chad Cahoy
Times: Monday and Wednesday at 7 p.m. - Friday at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 7:30 a.m.
Cost: Members FREE / Non CrossFit members must add a membership based on number of classes attended per week
Description: From novice to professional, this class is for you.  This class will focus on your Olympic lifting technique and also offer accessory work to strengthen your lifts.  If you are considering competing at weightlifting, you have found your place!

CrossFit Ferrum Endurance
Coach: Adam Clark
Times: Vary.  Contact us to begin.
Cost: $70 per month for members/$140 for non-members per month
For a full 6 week cycle: $135 for members/$175 for non-members
Drop In's: $10 members/$20 non-members
Description: The base for this class is CrossFit.  From there, Coach Adam will add in skills and drills, running assessment, and endurance training.  This course can be month to month or 6 weeks long, 3 days a week.  The goals for this class include not only improving your endurance for CrossFit but also to develop a Ferrum Endurance Team, for those that are interested.  Improve your efficiency!

CrossFit Ferrum Boot Camp
Coach: Adam Clark
Times: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7 a.m.
Cost: $100 a month
Description:  Have you always wanted to try CrossFit, but you find it intimidating or believe it isn't for you?  Do you want a good workout in a fun environment with supervised, professional coaching?  Then Boot Camp is for you.  This class is fun, yet challenging and will help you reach your fitness goals.

Time: Sunday at 10 a.m.
Cost: $10 per class

Coach: Andrea and Cheri
Time: Saturday at 11 a.m.
