With the slight break from the barbell, today is a great day to work on your D.T. rep scheme.  A great way to break it up is eleven deadlifts, do the last deadlift and then complete eight hang power cleans if you can, drop the bar and rest, pick up the bar and complete the last hang power clean then go straight into the push jerks unbroken.  The key to success is breaking up the first two movements so that you are able to do the push jerks unbroken.
