When you have a workout with an equal work to rest ratio, over time, it will be hard to keep your intensity high.  1:1 work to rest makes it difficult to keep your score high over time.  Unless, however, the rep scheme changes!  As you'll notice, the reps on the second movement decrease.  The point of today is to keep your intensity high through all three amraps.  Depending on how your double unders feel, you will find that your score should all be close to the same.
