This workout is very deceiving. With 45/40 gymnastics movements at the beginning, you are going to be nice and warm for the DB movements. Keep the DB movements very strict, meaning, 3 power cleans, 3 front squats, 3 jerks. Do not combine the last clean and the first squat, as well as the last squat and the first jerk. We want strict separations. Be prepared for a not so casual Friday.
