How much different can this workout be from Karabel?  In case you forgot, Karabel is wall balls and power snatches.  With the weight for the clean and jerk being the same as it is for the snatches, you might find that you move through the barbell faster than with Karabel.  Weather you do them as fast singles or you string some together, overall, your time should be faster than Karabel.
