When working in shorter time domains, your success isn't always linked to how fast you move but how quickly you transition.  You can waste so much time between movements but getting chalk, messing with jump ropes, messing with rowers, etc.  Make sure your space is set before you start and think of the quickest way to get from point A to point B.
