This workout seems very innocent on paper.  However, the dumbbell step overs play a much larger roll in this workout than it first appears.  Everyone will look at this and sees the large number of pull ups and handstand push ups and thinks that the step overs are not a big deal.  They will eat your time and your grip if you are not efficient and quick.
2 Rounds:
10 per arm kneeling KB windmill
:30 Barbell overhead hold
:30 Step ups (unweighted)
6 x 1 Strict Press 1 RM

Score Type:: Total Weight

2 rounds:
1a) 6 per arm seated DB Arnold Press
1b) Tempo barbell bent over row (:02 down)
Everest

Score Type:: Total Time

For Time:
50 Pull Ups
50 Handstand Push Ups

*Every minute, stop and complete 6 double DB box step overs (24/20 box) (50/35).  Workout starts with step overs.

*Must alternate between pull up and handstand push ups each round.  For example, minute one, complete as many pull ups as possible after the step overs.  Minute two, complete as many handstand push ups as possible after the step overs.  Minute three, go back to the pull ups and start where you left off after the step overs.  If you finish all of one of the movements and still have the other one left, continue with that movement every minute until finished.
