Welcome to one of the most mentally challenging workouts you will do. It is a long time domain with a small rep scheme. That means, a lot of rounds. The weight on the barbell is such that you could do each round unbroken. It shouldn't be overly heavy that you have to do singles and rest between lifts. With that being said, your pacing at the beginning of this workout will set you up for either success or heartache at the end. If you want to be able to do each round on the barbell unbroken, you need your two hundred meter pace to be more like your four hundred or six hundred meter pace. Slow it down early to speed it up later.
