Speaking of comfort zones, today is going to blow up any comfort zone that you currently have.  First of all, twenty minutes is going fast is outside of just about everyone’s comfort zone.  You will get to a point where you look at the clock and think “crap”.  As soon as that thought enters your head, smash it with, “finish strong.”  You are in control of your thoughts which leads to controlling your emotions and reactions.  Control what you can, let go of the rest.
