This is a workout that if you pick the right pace, you can do it unbroken.  However, if you start out like you are going to set the world on fire, you could end up burned really quickly.  Get comfortable with controlling your breathing on the wall balls and deadlifts.  There are movements that allow us to move and breathe at the same time.  Pay attention to weather you are holding your breath.  Holding your breath will lead to increased lactic acid build up and elevated heart rate, long before it should be there.
