Today is a great test of your “unbroken” mentality. The weight isn’t overly heavy but the grip will be a big test on rounds 2 and 3. The fatigue from the first two movements will put a big test on your double under endurance. Where do you rest? Catch your breath on the middle part of the run. I know that sounds weird but you can run at a pace that helps your breathing on the second and third laps. When you come in the door, be ready to hang on and do work.
