When a workout calls for “unbroken”, that means if you break, you start that round over.  If you struggle with doing large sets of movements, workouts like this are a great way to get use to doing more work unbroken.  A lot of times, our mind needs the break, not our bodies.  By forcing you to hang on, you can get outside of your comfort zone and prove to yourself that your body can do more than your mind thinks you can.

5 x 3 Tempo Back Squat

Working at a tempo is a great way to build strength, eliminate weaknesses, and fix technique issues.  Make sure your form is ideal before going up in weight on movements.  Sometimes what benefits an athlete more is focus on technique and not more weight.
Tempo is :03 down, :03 pause in the bottom @ 65-70% of back squat 1 RM (Heavier than 1-27-20)
