Ladies, today is your day to see just how much of a difference there is between your 45# time and your 35# time.  Due to the fact that we are not using any plates, everyone gets a bare bar today.  You always have the option of using a guys bar but we are giving you permission to go 35# today.  What does that mean?  Larger unbroken sets.  Gentlemen, this should be your wheelhouse!  You are strong rowers, from there, how long can you hang on?  Let’s do work!
