It is going to be tempting to do large sets right out of the gate.  Do your best to hold yourself to smaller sets.  One hundred of these reps is going to add up quickly!  If you can hold yourself to sets of 5-7, you are more likely to be able to do sets of 2-3 later in the workout.  What is going to give out first?  For those doing the toes to bar, your lats.  For those doing the V-Ups, your abs into your hip flexors.  Do smaller sets.
3 Rounds:
10 Jumping Jacks
25 ft. Side Shuffle Left
25 ft. Side Shuffle Right
5 per Arm Strict Press
5 per Arm Push Press
10 per leg Lying Hamstring Kicks
4 Rounds:

Full Gym Option:
1a) 8 DB Floor Press
1b) 14 Double DB Romanian Deadlift
1c) 20 Flutter Kicks

Limited Equipment Option:
1a) 8 per arm single arm DB or KB Floor Press
1b) 14 Romanian Deadlift holding single DB or KB
1c) 20 Flutter Kicks

No Equipment Option:
1a) 8 per arm single arm floor press with weighted jug
1b) 14 per leg single leg Romanian deadlift with weighted jug
1c) 20 Flutter Kicks

100 Toes to Bar

EMOM stop and complete 6 push ups
